Scope of Services

• Event Registration Technology: event-specific configuration, QR-based registration workflow, registration support and attendee verification.
• QR & Badge Management: unique QR generation, QR production, printing, cutting, sorting and on-ground verification for the approved quantity.
• Manpower & On-Ground Operations: deployed registration volunteers for counter support, visitor assistance, queue management and exhibitor support.
• Technology, Networking & Infrastructure: technical setup and coordination for registration devices, QR scanning, connectivity and required infrastructure as agreed for the project.
• Project Management & Execution: pre-event planning, setup, testing, deployment, technical supervision, event-day coordination, troubleshooting and post-event closure.
• Transportation & Logistics: event-related deployment and movement as included in the commercial scope.

Commercial Summary

Organizer Responsibilities & Exclusions

• Lunch for deployed volunteers during the three event days shall be provided by the Organizer.
• Volunteer accommodation / stay is not included in EVENZO's scope.
• The existing one-time EVENZO registration platform cost is excluded from this event quotation.
• Any additional manpower, equipment, printing, connectivity or services outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.

Quotation Terms

• Quotation validity: 15 days from the quotation date.
• Final deployment is subject to confirmation of event schedule, venue access and operational requirements.
• Organizer shall provide reasonable workspace, power and venue-side coordination required for registration operations.
• Any material change in scope or quantity may require commercial revision.
